Diagnosis

The purpose of the diagnosis is to evaluate the patient's abilities in relation to the challenges they experience at home and in the educational setting and to receive developmental information about them.

The evaluation process is tailored to the patient and is carried out using formal and informal tools, such as questionnaires, observations in the clinic (and, if necessary, observations outside the clinic), as well as a detailed
interview with the parents.

The full evaluation typically takes 2–3 sessions, depending on the child’s needs.
Each evaluation session lasts approximately 45 minutes, face to face or online.
